Why we built AuditIQ

AuditIQ was built by the team at On Tap, an eCommerce agency with nearly two decades of experience building, supporting, and monitoring online stores. We created it to solve a problem we kept seeing first-hand: teams finding out about critical store issues after they had already affected customers, revenue, or performance.

The tools available at the time were useful, but fragmented. Some monitored uptime, others handled analytics, SEO, security, or server health. Very few were built around the realities of eCommerce, and none gave us the single, joined-up view we wanted across all the signals that matter.

AuditIQ grew from a simple belief: eCommerce monitoring needs to understand eCommerce. That means tracking platform-specific issues, technical SEO, AI search visibility, PCI-DSS requirements, server health, third-party scripts, real user experience, and the link between site performance and revenue.

Instead of asking teams to stitch together multiple monitoring products, AuditIQ brings those checks into one focused platform. It gives merchants and agencies broader visibility, faster issue detection, and a more practical way to protect the stores they depend on.
